Summary
He had fuzzy memories of loving water lilies as a child. Remembered distant memories of watching frogs jump on lily pads. He had found it fascinating how flowers could bloom so beautifully in water.
However, as soon as those warm memories came up, they disappeared. Suddenly, the redhead was left confused. He dropped his hand that was full of wilting white petals and looked at the teacup in his fingers full of yellow-ish white lemonade. Without a second thought, he gulped it down.
As always, it felt tasteless.
It is true that death is unavoidable. Cale will be forced to learn that, along with his family. Truth is, it doesn't always mean a bad ending. -

Roksu has gone missing. And Cale knows who did it.
Actually, everyone knows who did it. Cale isn't all that special in that sense.
The one thing they don't know is whether he is alright, hurt, or even alive. The most frustrating point being that he isn't allowed to join the search. They think keeping him out of his brother's dissapearence will keep him safe.As if. They keep forgetting that Roksu and Cale are not the same person. They also forgot that while they are not the same person, Cale is just as stubborn as his brother. And he may know some things that might give clues to Roksu's location.

Great. Now he had to deal with a drunk and probably heartbroken teenager, or he was sure the whole town would gang up on him for not "taking responsibility" or something equally horrific.

Thanks to the combined efforts and sacrifices of both the ADA and Port Mafia, Dostoevsky has been defeated. The Decay Of Angels and the ominous threat they once posed is no more. However, their victory has not come cheap. The cost? One Dazai Osamu.
Is it possible for him to keep a grasp on the light he’s come to love so deeply while being subjected to an inescapable darkness? Can he still be a good mentor, a good friend, as he falls from the heights he’s been desperately clawing since that first day? Since that first promise?

Can’t promise that the blood, death and evil won’t sink their hooks back into him. But he can be sure of one thing, he’ll fight until his dying breath to make sure that no matter the time or place, that he’s still worthy of that smile.
AKA- Mori’s condition for aiding in the defeat of one of Yokohama’s biggest threats was that once the danger had been neutralized, Dazai’s return to the fold would be immediate. Nobody has a good time.

Chapter 4 for now! Ugh, I hope the Agency truly understands Dazai's true intentions of protecting them. I know they might not outright hate him but he betrayal itself would still hurt him a lot. He's already going through so much... I want Atsushi to give him a hug but I know that's not possible as of yet. 😭

The writing, imagery, storytelling, and character dynamics are so well thought out. The premise is supposedly common but it's so well done in such an interesting and horrifying way. Poor Atsushi. Poor Agency. Poor Port Mafia. Everyone experiences so much loss, but only Atsushi remembers most of it... ｡:ﾟ(;´∩`;)ﾟ:｡

He doesn’t know why he suddenly felt this way. It came from nowhere. He was happy now. Content with the life he has. Nothing should have triggered these negative thoughts.

Chapter 26 for now. Reading this... was an experience. And still is. The author-nim of this story is wonderful as making up misunderstandings while still making the characters seem believable. And that, is very, very hard to do. Kudos ❤️

Kim Rok Soo, who is a very outstanding student in Crossroad Institute, suddenly asked his father, Deruth Henituse, G.T. Group’s chairman to switch school in an excuse that he can’t focus on class because too many people pay attention to him.
Deruth, who spoils his son, decided to transfer him to Seoul’s best school, Crossman Campus, in several conditions that one of those was for Kim Rok Soo to change his surname to his new family name.
Before going to the new school, Kim Rok Soo, who is now Cale Henituse, ordered his butler, Hans, to check some informations on some popular students that he might need to avoid later in Crossman Campus.

Suddenly getting chilled after reading, Cale asked his butler quietly as if to confirm something.
“Hans, what did my father say my class is again?”
The butler replied brightly.
“He said, you are to put in class A-2, young master!”
As if an ominous feeling that he had felt earlier wasn’t just a pass by, Cale sighed tiredly.
“Haaaa.. crazy..”
‘Most of the crazily popular students are in my class!
…
I’d better write some plans to be still and not to stand out too much in front of those crazy students.’
