Till steadies his aim, lines the shot, and just as he begins to apply pressure to the trigger, Ivan tilts his head so that he is staring right back at Till, a smug grin tilting his lips upwards.
Till freezes. He locks eyes with Ivan’s obsidian gaze staring up at him across the gap between high rise buildings. Ivan’s dark eyes bore into Till’s startled teal, impossible yet knowing. There’s no way he can see Till clearly from this angle and distance. And yet, here he is, staring right at him.
Till moves before his brain can catch up to his body. Danger licks at his spine as Ivan’s eyes of endless black unnerve him. Burnt into the back of his eyelids with every blink.
If Till has been compromised, it’s already too late.
Assassin Till begrudgingly learns to get along with his target Ivan. Love, corporate conspiracy, and drama ensues.

Wilbur stepped between the injectors, making his way down their main path. The threat of wildlife entering their domain and causing problems was something they needed to look out for. Luckily, they hadn’t had any encounters with such creatures yet.
Wilbur stopped in his tracks, eyes locking with bright blue ones.
Perhaps Wilbur spoke too soon.
Wilbur tilted his head, the… What were they called again? Human in front of him copied his action. It appeared much smaller than Wilbur would have anticipated for the main inhabitant of Earth to be. The creature barely went to his knees in this smaller form.
The human had his thumb in his mouth, gazing up at Wilbur with wide, curious eyes. A small, cloth animal was held in his other hand.
How interesting. One would think that a creature so vulnerable would be fearful of something so much grander than them.
Or, Pink Diamond Wilbur is preparing to destroy the earth, only to find a small human boy that makes him change his mind. I wonder if the other diamonds will accept this change?
